Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftThe Wash Crew is responsible for cleaning, washing, and preparing compression and industrial equipment to meet safety and operational standards. This role supports shop and field operations by ensuring equipment is properly cleaned, inspected, and ready for service in a fast-paced oilfield environment.
Wash Crew Qualifications:
* Previous wash rack, oilfield, or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs
* Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
* Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug test
