Warranty Technician

Our client, a leader in the recreational marine and mobile industries, is seeking a Warranty Technician to join their team. As a Warranty Technician, you will be part of the Customer Support and Technical Support teams, supporting warranty claims processing and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, independence, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warranty Technician
**Location: Lowell, MI**
**Pay Range:** $26.86 per hour
**Shift:** Days (40 hours)
**What's the Job?**
+ Review and understand warranty contracts and terms to ensure accurate processing
+ Provide warranty support to channel partners, consumers, and internal teams
+ Vet and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
+ Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and RMAs in Salesforce CRM
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of two years of experience in a contact center or similar environment
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
+ Experience with ERP or CRM tools, preferably Oracle and Salesforce, is desirable
+ Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
+ Experience in the Marine or RV industry is highly valued
