David Weekley Homes is currently seeking a Warranty Service Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience for our homeowners.

Our Warranty Service Managers oversee the post-construction phase of our homes to ensure homeowner satisfaction and uphold David Weekley Home’s quality standards. They manage the warranty process from start to finish, addressing homeowner concerns, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all work aligns with David Weekley Homes’ standards and warranty guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationshipsRespond quickly, professionally, and accurately to homeowner warranty concerns Home visits to inspect issues and determine if the concern is eligible under warrantyWork with homeowners and sub-contractors to resolve the issue quickly and correctlyConduct research with available resources to satisfy homeowner inquiriesThe ability to say "no" and overcome objections in a professional mannerCoordinate and schedule all warrantable repairs with contractors and homeownersFollow-up, inspect, and ensure completion of all repairsMaintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in the warranty database for management reviewsHold contractors accountable for resultsInstruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicating what items are not warrantableManage a budgetAchieve high levels of homeowner satisfaction
