Our client is a leading provider of high-performance engine and fuel system components, and is seeking a Warranty Administrator to own the full warranty lifecycle - from hands-on product testing and failure analysis to claim resolution, credits, and cross-functional coordination.
... This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how products work, takes ownership of processes, and can balance technical "under-the-hood" work with professional communication.

Responsibilities:

Test mechanical and electrical components to determine failure modes and document results with precisionManage the full lifecycle of manufacturer warranty claims, product logistics, and customer creditsServe as a knowledgeable point of contact for warranty inquiries and keep customers updated via professional communicationPartner closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve internal and external issues using ERP systemsSupport related projects and process improvements as needed


Qualifications

Experience managing warranty claims in an automotive or manufacturing environment (highly preferred)Basic computer proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a plusStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to learn and maintain working knowledge of specialized industrial and automotive componentsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentationCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments
