Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates for immediate openings at a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, working on various lines and stations to produce carpets for automobiles. This position involves loading and unloading the production line and assisting machine operators.

ResponsibilitiesWork on various production lines and stations to manufacture car carpets.Load and unload materials on the production line.Assist machine operators in their tasks.Stand on your feet for 8-10 hours as required.Lift materials weighing 40-50 pounds.Work Environment

The work is conducted in a standard warehouse/production facility, which is large and climate-controlled but can reach temperatures in the 80s and 90s. The environment has a distinct smell of new carpet and glue, so long sleeves are recommended to prevent skin irritation. Shifts are Monday through Thursday with mandatory overtime on Fridays when necessary. The first shift runs from 5am to 3:30pm, and the second shift from 3:30pm to 2am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUDORA, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
