**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated warehouse workers for our main distribution center, which supplies products to 94 retail locations across the Midwest. This position involves various warehouse duties aimed at ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. **Responsibilities** + Sort and store received materials in the warehouse. + Use an RF scanner to track inventory accurately. + Pull orders for same-day shipment. + Stock and palletize orders according to work orders. + Prepare loaded pallets for shipment using shrink wrap. + Collaborate with forklift operators to move materials as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience with forklift operation. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner. + Ability to handle general labor tasks in a warehouse setting. + Experience in order picking and packing. + Material handling skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of previous manual labor experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned business that values its employees with opportunities for holiday pay and bonuses for perfect attendance. While there are fans for ventilation, it can become warm during the summer months. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes and prohibits offensive clothing, but allows for t-shirts and shorts in hot weather. The first shift operates from 5am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times. The second shift runs from 4pm to 12:30am. Employees work every other Saturday until Black Friday, with significant hours expected. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SIOUX CITY, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
