**Position Title:** **Warehouse Worker** **Location:** Seattle, WA **Compensation:** $25.00 per hour **Shift:** 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM **Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire **Position Overview** We are currently seeking a reliable and driven Warehouse Worker to support our operations in Seattle. This role involves a combination of warehouse responsibilities and local deliveries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse environments, a valid forklift certification, and a clean driving record. This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service. **Primary Responsibilities** + Accurately pick and process orders + Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks + Perform local deliveries to service sites as needed + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment + Assist with general labor and support sales-related warehouse activities **Required Skills and Qualifications** + Previous experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment + Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment + Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs independently and assist with team lifts up to 100 lbs + Clean motor vehicle record **Preferred Attributes** + Detail-oriented and eager to grow within the organization + Motivated and capable of transitioning into sales roles over time + Strong attendance and reliability + Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative **Work Environment** + Fast-paced and team-oriented warehouse setting + Emphasis on communication and collaboration + Opportunities for career advancement typically within 1 to 3 years + Employees may choose to remain in warehouse roles or transition into sales positions based on performance and interest **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
