**Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Nights** **Job Description** This dynamic role offers a blend of two positions, providing an opportunity to be cross-trained and switch between Control Room Operator and Video Coder duties. As a Control Room Operator, you will monitor conveyor lanes via camera systems and communicate issues promptly to supervisors. The Video Coder role involves data entry and quick problem-solving using an internal package distribution system. **Responsibilities** + Continuously monitor conveyor lanes for jams, slow downs, or backups using camera systems. + Communicate promptly via radio to supervisors or lead hands on the warehouse floor. + Conduct reports and perform root cause analysis. + Suggest corrective actions and identify system maintenance issues. + Monitor internal package distribution/scanning system and handle errors quickly. + Cross-reference computer data with package/waybill information and enter missing data within 10 seconds. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in computer data entry and MS Office. + Exceptional typing and data entry skills. + Strong communication skills, including radio communication. + Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail and focus on work is crucial. + Experience in warehouse shipping, loading, and unloading trucks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a long-term role with opportunities for growth in a new building with high technology.
