**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in the manufacturing facility's warehouse area. You will play a crucial role in kitting, shipping, and receiving tasks, utilizing your forklift knowledge and experience with ERP systems similar to PLEX. **Responsibilities** + Pick components and kit for assemblers. + Check in all daily incoming shipments from vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip. + Post all incoming packing slips into the computer, following company procedures for shortages or damaged parts. + Process all incoming stock orders within 24 hours and put away in the appropriate bin location as indicated in the computer. + Ensure all parts put into stock are properly labeled with a barcode bin label. + Create bin locations in the computer for any new parts posted into stock. + Dispose of any packing material not needed after each shipment is checked in. + Pull parts for all orders ensuring part number and quantity pulled match order demand, and initial all pick slips. + Keep the parts warehouse clean and organized, following all corporate safety guidelines and policies. + Process and maintain all returns by properly pulling all parts being returned from stock, ensuring they are in new re-saleable condition. + Complete appropriate return paperwork including tracking number and freight cost. + File freight claims for any shortages or damaged parts received within 24 hours of receipt. + May be required to drive company vehicle for parts pick-up or delivery needs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehouse inventory. + Proficiency in ERP systems and computer skills. + Material handling and kitting expertise. + Forklift operation skills. + Minimum one year experience in warehouse/shipping & receiving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Order pulling and organizational skills. + Experience with FedEx, cycle counts, and international shipping. + Customer service skills. + High school diploma or GED. + One year minimum related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of experience and training. + Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance guidelines if required to drive. **Why Work Here?** We offer exceptional compensation and benefits, including 401K and stock purchase options, performance incentives, training, and opportunities for advancement. There is a half-hour lunch break and a mid-morning break. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
