Aerotek is Hiring Entry Level Workers

We are seeking Entry‑Level Labor Workers to join a clean, modern, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. This role offers full training, guaranteed overtime, and excellent long‑term career opportunities.

Shifts

Day Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Guaranteed OT)

Night Shift: Monday-Friday | Start time between 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Multiple openings on both shifts.

Top Requirements (Must Haves)

These are required - especially the tape measure test:

Must pass a basic tape measure test (4 simple questions)Must be able to stand for a 10‑hour shiftMust be able to read and follow basic work instructions

The tape measure requirement is the most important part of the job.

Daily ResponsibilitiesWork with your team to treat glass for final shipmentAssist with receiving and unloading inventory from trucksRead and interpret basic manufacturing work instructionsUse a tape measure to perform quality inspectionsUse measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to measure product thickness

This is a true entry‑level opportunity - no prior manufacturing experience needed. Full training is provided during your first week, followed by shadowing experienced team members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
