**Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Day Shift** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play an essential role in our operations. We are seeking a self-starter with previous warehouse experience who can efficiently pull orders and maintain high levels of customer service. Your role will also include local deliveries, requiring a clean driving record and forklift operation skills. This is a challenging position that involves working with conduit in cold conditions and cutting wire in the wire room. We offer comprehensive training in all areas of the warehouse and seek individuals who are eager to grow within the company. **Responsibilities** + Pull orders accurately and efficiently. + Maintain high levels of customer service. + Conduct local deliveries with a clean driving record. + Operate a forklift safely and effectively. + Handle and cut conduit and wire in various warehouse conditions. + Participate in team lifting for items weighing up to 100 lbs. **Essential Skills** + Previous warehouse experience. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Clean motor vehicle record (MVR). + Strong communication skills. + Detail-oriented with strong attendance record. + Ability to lift 30 lbs individually and 100 lbs with assistance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, picking, general labor, packaging, material handling, loading, order picking, shipping and receiving. + Sales and driver experience is a plus. + Motivated and eager to grow within the organization. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and growth-oriented environment with opportunities for career advancement.
