Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Backup Driver to support warehouse operations and perform local deliveries. This role is ideal for a self-starter who values customer service and is eager to grow within a dynamic team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently pull orders in the warehouseProvide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactionsPerform local deliveries to service sites as neededHandle materials such as conduit and assist with wire cutting in various weather conditionsOperate forklifts safely and maintain a clean driving recordSupport inventory management and general production tasksRequired SkillsForklift operation experienceInventory and material handling proficiencyExperience in order picking, shipping, and receivingStrong communication skillsMotivation to grow within the organizationPreferred QualificationsDetail-oriented with a strong attendance recordAbility to lift up to 30 lbs independently and team lift items up to 50 lbsWork EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse environment driven by sales and communicationSupportive team culture with career growth opportunitiesTypical career progression from warehouse roles to sales positions within 1 to 3 yearsWork independently or in small teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
