This role will enter data for order processing, document scanning, shipment routing, and others. This position solves problems and maintains ongoing professional relationships with customers. **Job Title:** Warehouse Worker Associate **Job Type:** Part-Time / Permanent **Workdays:** Tuesday to Saturday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) **Shift Hours** : 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week) **Shift Duration:** 5 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time) **Work Location:** 1221 32ND AVENUE LACHINE, QC H8T 3H2 **Compensation:** $17.75 /hr. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Processes and completed management documentation for: + Delivery exceptions (on-road issues) and their documentation management + Irregular shipments (ISRG cases) + Expired items + Overgoods (unidentified or misrouted packages) + Damaged packages + Completes and provides various reports and provides analysis as needed. + Administers all requests given by the management team. **Requirements** + 6 months of previous warehouse experience - Required + Ability to lift-up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted.
