**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** This is an all-inclusive warehouse role with various duties depending on the day. Candidates will engage in activities such as packing, palletizing, order selecting, loading and unloading, lifting, moving materials, stacking, wrapping, and sorting. **Responsibilities** + Select products according to tickets and accurately place them in boxes for shipments, including product labeling and box building. + Move products and packages throughout the warehouse. + Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks and place them in the appropriate location within the warehouse for storage. + Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery. + Inspect the product during packing to ensure there is no damage. + Stage pallets as needed for shipment. + Assemble daily shipments by order location and category. + Perform quality control assessments and stack items safely and securely. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a warehouse environment. + Good attendance record. + Strong tenure history. + Proficiency with forklifts, packing, inventory, production, picking, packaging, RF scanners, material handling, pallet jacks, order picking, unloading, shipping and receiving, loading, sit-down forklifts, warehouse inventory. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cold storage is a plus. + Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is a plus. + Experience in the food and beverage industry would be beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and rapidly growing company established in 2022 with state-of-the-art facilities. Initial training will occur during the day shift for 1-2 weeks. The facility offers brand-new equipment and a high level of safety. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Polk City, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
