**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic warehouse team where you will contribute to the customization and preparation of orders for shipment. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are stored and shipped efficiently. We offer positions across several departments, providing opportunities for growth and skill development. **Responsibilities** + Stack orders on pallets according to customer specifications, wrap and tag them for shipment. + Rework damaged orders by salvaging what is possible and ensuring quality control. + Pick and scan orders in the warehouse using a sit-down propane-powered forklift. + Load and unload trucks manually, place products in designated areas, and utilize RF scan guns. + Participate in general cleaning and maintenance tasks within the warehouse. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in warehouse operations, including inventory and material handling. + Experience with RF scanners and sit-down forklifts. + Ability to follow instructions and understand English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Training opportunities are available for all positions except forklift operations, which require prior experience. + Understanding of quality control processes and experience working in a diverse environment. **Why Work Here?** Work in a clean and safety-oriented environment with room for growth. Steel-toe shoes are required, and while it is non-climate controlled, fans and cooling amenities such as Gatorade and frozen towels are provided. We have a family-oriented and diverse company culture, and we are working on providing translators for Spanish and French on each shift. The dress code includes shorts and short-sleeve shirts, with PPE provided on-site. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
