**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in performing shipping and receiving functions. This includes unloading and loading trucks, stocking, inventory tracking, and preparing pallets for shipment. **Responsibilities** + Unload and load trucks efficiently. + Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse. + Track inventory using a computer system. + Prepare pallets by wrapping and getting them ready for shipment. + Break down pallets and refill packages and boxes. + Operate a sit-down and stand-up lift, as well as a cherry picker to pick products from heights of 20-30 feet. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of forklift experience. + 1+ year of warehouse or order picking experience. + Proficiency in operating SAP for warehouse management. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and 25 lbs repeatedly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-3 years of order picking or warehouse experience preferred. + Cherry Picker experience is preferred. + Experience in inventory, receiving, and/or shipping is preferred. + Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, RF scanners, and material handling. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great benefits once hired, including paid vision and dental, and a comprehensive medical plan. The dress code is casual, requiring a shirt, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
