Warehouse Worker

Our team, a leading manufacturer of compression systems for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team in Henderson, CO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys contributing to every aspect of warehouse operations.

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay: $22–$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levelsHandle shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materialsComplete order picking, staging, and preparation for outbound shipmentsOperate sit‑down forklifts (electric, propane, or diesel) safely and efficientlyTrack inventory using Epicor ERP and maintain item locations through our internal MTR tracking systemSupport all warehouse functions—this is a fully cross‑functional role, not limited to a single departmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventoryERP system experience (Epicor preferred)Proven sit‑down forklift operation experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environmentJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
