**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for unloading trucks by hand and palletizing individual boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. You will also organize products into appropriate pallets. With experience and training, there will be opportunities to become certified on electric sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks. **Responsibilities** + Unload trucks by hand and palletize individual boxes. + Organize products into appropriate pallets. + Maintain good attendance as it is crucial to the team's workflow. + Be open to learning forklift operations later in the assignment. **Essential Skills** + Material handling, picking, packing, loading, and unloading skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. + Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Candidates with experience in construction, retail, or fast food are preferred. + Willingness to learn new skills such as forklift operations, inventory management, packaging, and using an RF scanner. + Good communication skills and ability to present oneself professionally. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, close-knit team in a climate-controlled, clean warehouse environment.
