Job Title: Warehouse Picker and PackerJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our fulfillment center team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with physical tasks throughout the workday. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

ResponsibilitiesPick items from inventory shelves based on order specifications.Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.Label packages and prepare them for delivery.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.Follow safety procedures and company protocols.Essential SkillsAbility to stand for extended periods (entire shift).Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.Comfortable with frequent movement, bending, and reaching.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic reading and math skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Fast-paced fulfillment center. Use of RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Dress code is casual and safety-focused. The role involves regular physical activity, including standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Valencia, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.81 - $17.81/hr.
