Warehouse Worker
**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** This role involves performing various tasks in the warehouse such as picking, packing, sorting, scanning with a scan gun, and managing inventory. This is not a forklift job, but you will be driving a 'Taylor Dunn', which is similar to a cart. The location serves as an emergency order filler, so a fast-paced candidate is preferred to respond quickly to emergency part calls. Responsibilities also include stocking for local dealerships and occasionally using a ladder to access top shelves. As a member of a smaller team, you will need to be flexible and move around as needed. Entry-level candidates with good work history and a go-getter attitude are welcome, and summer helpers or part-time workers may also be considered. **Responsibilities** + Perform picking, packing, and sorting tasks. + Operate a 'Taylor Dunn' vehicle. + Respond promptly to emergency part calls. + Stock items for local dealerships. + Use ladders to access top shelves when necessary. + Adapt to different roles within the team as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience with stocking and order picking. + General warehouse experience. + Proficiency with picking and packing tasks. + Ability to use RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with computers. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. **Why Work Here?** The workplace celebrates every major holiday with events or gifts and prizes for all employees, fostering a sense of community and appreciation. **Work Environment** The facility is 100,000 square feet, smaller compared to other locations. It is heat controlled with numerous ceiling fans to ensure comfort. The shop is clean, organized, and prioritizes safety and quality. Each shift consists of about 10 people. The 2nd shift runs from 1pm to 9pm with paid breaks, and there are no weekend shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
