Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: East Moline & Davenport Facilities

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay: $16–$17 per hour, depending on assigned position

About the Role

Join our dynamic team managing a comprehensive container management and racking warehouse system. Our operations span two facilities:

East Moline: Dedicated to racksDavenport: Handles a mix of racks and totes

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring containers and racks transition smoothly from dirty to clean and processed states.

ResponsibilitiesOperate washing machines to load, unload, sort, stage, and scan totes while standing throughout the shift (with scheduled breaks).Work on process lanes for inbound containers: remove manufacturer tags and use hand scanners to process totes and racks.Repair large plastic containers using hand drills and screwdrivers while standing for the entire shift.Operate a forklift for most of the day, including loading/unloading trucks, reading paperwork, and ensuring correct containers are shipped.Essential SkillsForklift operation experience and ability to pass a forklift test (maneuvering through cones and lifting pallets).Proficiency with inventory management and RF scanners.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Minimum of 6 months recent labor or forklift experience.Additional RequirementsAbility to work up to 10 hours of overtime as needed.Availability to work on Saturdays.Why Work Here?Be part of a team where your contributions are valued.Enjoy a supportive environment that encourages growth.Opportunities for overtime to boost your earnings.Work EnvironmentActive warehouse setting with frequent standing and bending.Use of forklifts, hand scanners, and repair tools.Moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
