**Job Title: Warehouse Worker $22hr** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution warehouse team responsible for handling a variety of inventory, including engines, nuts, bolts, short block transmissions, doors, bumpers, and various accessories. This role is crucial in ensuring our West Coast operations run smoothly. **Responsibilities** + Walk the warehouse and conduct cycle counts by hand. + Use a clipboard to collect data and transfer it to the Manhattan WMS system. + Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products efficiently. + Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard those not meeting standards. + Update inventory counts and maintain records to share with management and stakeholders. + Report inventory discrepancies that indicate issues such as theft. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. + Proficiency in cycle counts and inventory management. + Ability to work independently and with a competitive spirit. + Strong work ethic and great attitude. + Experience as an Inventory Clerk or Cycle Counter. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Highly motivated with a solid energy and willingness to learn. + Ability to follow health and safety directions. + Common sense and competitive spirit. + Desire to be part of a diverse workforce. **Why Work Here?** We value growth and learning, offering opportunities for advancement and development.
