**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the shipping team by building crates for signs and ensuring efficient operations within our facility. This position offers an opportunity for growth, great training, and potential overtime. **Responsibilities** + Build crates for signs and other items produced. + Operate nail guns and hand power tools efficiently. + Perform medium to heavy lifting tasks as required. + Assemble and palletize shipments with precision. + Package and box shipments accurately. + Receive, pull, pack, and load stock. + Work independently and collaboratively with a team. + Maintain strong communication and teamwork skills. + Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with mechanical tools and power tools. + One year of material handling or warehouse experience. + One year of assembly experience. + Experience using hand tools like drills and impact wrenches. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Strong work ethic and motivation to work. + Tenure of at least one year at each previous job. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with pallet operations or Hilo is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a strong starting pay rate, comprehensive training, and the opportunity for overtime. The facility is not temperature controlled, meaning it's cooler in the winters and hotter in the summers. You may be assigned to work in any of these areas. Casual dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt, with safety glasses and hearing protection provided. Steel-toed boots are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
