**Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator** Day Shift 8:30am-5pm M-F Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage document storage and various distribution tasks. The role involves handling file storage boxes and operating various equipment to ensure efficient storage and distribution operations. Responsibilities + Handle file storage boxes weighing up to 50 lbs each. + Operate a Stock Picker to pull banker boxes from shelves onto a pallet. + Stretch wrap completed pallets of 40 boxes. + Operate a forklift to stage completed pallets. + Operate a double pallet rider. + Operate a self-propelled electric powered pallet jack (walkie). + Load semi-trucks using a forklift. + Fold lids for the boxes before palletizing. + Perform other distribution tasks using various equipment, including electronic devices, paper rolls, and office furniture. Essential Skills + Prior experience working with a forklift. + Proven track record of reliability (verified through references). + Experience in a production-based environment, such as manufacturing or distribution. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day. + Track record of being trainable and teachable (verified through references). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Baseline knowledge of warehousing is highly preferred. + Positive attitude and willingness to ensure daily goals and quotas are met. + Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Work Environment The facility is climate-controlled, air-conditioned in the summer, and heated in the winter. Humidity is maintained to prevent mold on paper inventory. The property is smoke-free, exceptionally clean, and organized. Positions are on the 1st shift, with flexible hours Monday through Friday. Employees receive two 15-minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rock Hill, South Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
