**Job Title: Warehouse Worker/ Inventory- 3rd Shift** Job Description This position involves performing inventory control functions to meet internal customer requests and requirements. The role includes managing inventory and overseeing the shipment of product goods. Responsibilities + Perform inventory control functions as required. + Manage and oversee the shipping and receiving processes. + Handle materials efficiently, including loading, unloading, and labeling. + Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and forklifts. + Maintain warehouse inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping. + Palletize and pack products appropriately for shipment. + Inspect products and ensure quality control standards are met. Essential Skills + High school diploma or equivalent is required. + Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and various documents. + Effective communication skills with fluency in English. + Good problem-solving skills and willingness to follow supervisory instructions. + Ability to operate warehouse equipment. + Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers and various software programs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a warehouse environment is highly preferred. + Hands-on experience with inventory management and warehouse operations. + Capability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. + Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and general production is beneficial. Work Environment The position operates on a 3rd shift schedule, Sunday - Thursday from 3 PM to 11:30 AM. The role is based in a manufacturing environment, requiring appropriate attire for production areas. The work is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods.
