**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage pick ticket orders, handle and label products on the dock, and pull warehouse items from shelves based on specific requirements. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment and proper documentation, while staging items correctly for delivery or inspection.
Responsibilities
+ Manage pick ticket orders efficiently.
+ Handle and label products on the dock.
+ Pull warehouse items based on number, size, quantity, and quality requirements.
+ Ensure order accuracy and proper documentation.
+ Stage items correctly for delivery or inspection.
+ Operate handling equipment safely, including forklifts, for unique units.
+ Plan and monitor product storage, rotation, and distribution.
+ Oversee stock replenishment as needed.
+ Load and unload a variety of delivery vehicles.
+ Pack warehouse orders according to transport instructions.
+ Perform general warehouse duties as required.
+ Report mechanical, operational, or productivity issues.
+ Attend daily stand operation meetings and provide performance information.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in picking, material handling, loading, and unloading.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving.
+ Strong inventory control and cycle counting abilities.
+ Competent computer skills for inventory management.
+ Forklift operation experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity.
+ Ability to stay focused in a relaxed work environment until tasks are completed.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm. The environment is laid-back, but employees are expected to complete their tasks before the end of the day.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
