**Job Title: Production Clerk / Warehouse Worker** Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker who will also serve as a Production Clerk. This role involves packaging and inspecting products while ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate. You will assist in preparing the daily packing schedule, distribute production schedules to the proper personnel, and manage daily attendance sheets. Additionally, you will enter information, revise for errors, and send out daily production reports and master schedules at the end of each shift. Responsibilities + Assist in the preparation of the daily packing schedule + Make copies of the production schedule and distribute them to the proper personnel + Prepare the daily attendance sheet and collect signatures + Enter all relevant information, revise for errors and discrepancies + Send out daily production report and master schedule at the end of the shift + Ensure PPE cabinets are stocked + Assist in issuing out batch cards in Assistics + Help the packaging line and work on special tasks such as making boxes + Communicate via email or radio/walkie-talkie + Manage inventory stored in accordance with facility guidelines + Ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages + Store goods in designated areas and maintain organized stock levels + Use RF scanner for picking and packing + Prepare orders for shipment + Conduct cycle counts + Maintain a clean working environment Essential Skills + Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds + Experience with heavy lifting, palletizing, and packaging + Proficiency in production, packing, and warehouse operations + Familiarity with GMP environment + Experience in inspecting products and ensuring accuracy + Proficiency in using RF scanners + Ability to maintain organized stock levels Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working in a GMP and SOP warehouse environment + Ability to communicate effectively via email and radio/walkie-talkie Why Work Here?
