**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** Responsibilities + Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders. + Verify and record the quantity and quality of received goods in the inventory management system. + Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and handling. + Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pick-ups and deliveries. + Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmation. + Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels. + Assist in managing inventory locations, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. + Report inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor and assist in implementing corrective actions. + Maintain detailed records of shipping and receiving transactions, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices. + Generate and submit reports on shipping and receiving activities, inventory levels, and any issues encountered. + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Essential Skills + Previous warehouse experience. + Ability to navigate a computer system with basic functions. Additional Skills & Qualifications + General labor skills. + Experience with cleaning and janitorial tasks. + Knowledge in packaging and sanitizing. + General production skills. Work Environment 1st shift: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Work in a warehouse setting with a computer/shipping station and racking. The facility has bay doors for inbound and outbound shipments and is not temperature-controlled but is fairly clean. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, pants, and a t-shirt. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.51 - $24.68/hr.
