**Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist** Job Description We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Specialists to join our team in Northlake, Texas. You will be working in a state-of-the-art micro-fulfillment facility, which is climate controlled to ensure a comfortable working environment. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing and shipping orders for our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Responsibilities + Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers. + Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability. + Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. + Adhere to quality standards set forth by management. Essential Skills + Experience in packing, inventory management, picking, packaging, and material handling. + Proficient with RF scanner operations. + Attention to detail and ability to read and write in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Willing to work a flexible shift. + Able to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. + Capable of performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
