We are seeking a reliable and dependable Material Handler to join our fast-paced freight forwarding warehouse team located on the West Side of Oʻahu, HI. This full-time position involves early morning shifts with opportunities for overtime. As a Material Handler, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.
ResponsibilitiesUnload containers manually and with the use of forklifts.Load trucks accurately and efficiently for scheduled deliveries.Handle incoming and outgoing freight with care and attention to detail.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Essential SkillsPrior warehouse or freight handling experience preferred.Forklift experience required (certification is a plus).Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work early morning shifts.Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
Additional Skills & QualificationsOnce hired, candidates will undergo our forklift certification process including a 45-minute classroom session and a 1-hour practical evaluation.

Work Environment
The work schedule varies with start times between 5am to 7am and finish times from 2pm to 4pm, with no hard end time as overtime may be required. The facility is closed on Saturdays. Sample schedules include Mon/Tues/Thurs from 5am to 2pm, Wed/Fri from 6am to 3pm, or Sun from 8am to 4pm, Mon/Thurs from 5am to 2pm, and Tues/Fri from 6am to 3pm. Employees are required to wear steel toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
