**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the production process by efficiently handling and staging ingredients according to company standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment are essential to our success.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stage ingredients according to company processes and formula specifications.
+ Ensure proper ingredient labeling procedures are being followed.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
+ Operate equipment such as forklifts, stackers, and electric hand jacks properly.
+ Perform all required departmental checks as needed.
+ Complete paperwork timely and efficiently.
+ Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and processes.
+ Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
+ Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
+ Fax, copy, and file paperwork.
+ Pick products from mixers on the production line according to work orders.
+ Set up the product for the production line mixer and production line for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
+ Enter data for all product moves.
+ Load all products on electrical pallet jacks.
+ Transport products to production lines throughout the facility.
+ Load products into the freezer for shipment.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs buckets of product.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with warehouse operations, including pallet jacks and order picking.
+ Ability to load, unload, and stack products efficiently.
+ Experience in production and general production environments.
+ Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with little supervision.
+ Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
+ Basic math skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
+ Forklift/Pallet Jack experience preferred.
+ Articulate, tactful, and professional at all times.
+ Self-motivated individual.

**Work Environment**
Work in a food production environment that is air-conditioned to ensure comfort. You will be required to wear a hair net, lab coat, and beard guard if necessary, with masks worn in all positions. Most production line workers will be in cooler environments, and standing for the entire shift is expected.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Center, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
