**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our fulfillment center team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with physical tasks throughout the workday. **Responsibilities** + Pick items from inventory shelves based on order specifications. + Pack products securely and accurately for shipment. + Label packages and prepare them for delivery. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy. + Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed. + Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift). + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. + Comfortable with frequent movement, bending, and reaching. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Basic reading and math skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. **Work Environment** The position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The work environment is fast-paced and requires physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching. You will be using equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and handling materials for shipping and receiving. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Valencia, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.81 - $17.81/hr.
