**Warehouse Helper Needed for Cable Manufacturing Company in Florham Park, NJ** _Please apply and can be set up with an interview within the same week!_ **Pay:** $19/hour ; Overtime: $28.50/hour **Shift:** 6:30am-3pm (Monday-Friday) **Location:** Florham Park, NJ **Job Description** This position is centered around managing daily shipments, receivables, quality inspections, picking, packing, and cutting tasks. The role requires cross-training across all areas of the Logistics Center and may involve indirect tasks such as using computers to solve inventory problems, counting and reporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring warehouse efficiency through replenishing supplies and organizing work areas. **Responsibilities** + Process all outbound shipments, ensuring proper packaging and paperwork. + Pick parts accurately, verifying quantity and quality before loading onto trucks. + Process orders timely and communicate issues to the warehouse manager. + Organize the shipping area for optimal material flow. + Cut wires accurately, check reel legends, and verify customer order details. + Operate the cutting machine, including loading, wrapping, unloading, and reporting transactions using SAP. + Report issues with cutting machines to the warehouse manager, suggesting preventive maintenance and repairs. + Handle incoming shipments, check for damages, and communicate discrepancies. + Prepare inbound shipments for storage and assist in put away. + Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations. + Update inventory management system using RF scanning equipment. + Perform kitting and/or assembly of components as per customer specifications. + Process arrivals and put away products, pick, pack, and ship customer orders. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in picking, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. + Experience with RF scanners and SAP or similar computer systems. + At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. + Ability to lift up to 50-65lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma. + Strong computer skills are advantageous. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
