**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, engaging in hands-on activities throughout the day. The role involves using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers to disassemble electronic components. Proficiency in computer and data entry is essential as the company utilizes a proprietary internal system alongside Microsoft Excel for inventory management. **Responsibilities** + Disassemble computer components, outdated/damaged server racks, and memory banks. + Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers. + Perform computer/data entry using a proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel for inventory purposes. + Rotate through various departments to perform diverse warehouse tasks. + Lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the day. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. + Computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel. + Ability to follow written directions. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with packing, picking, material handling, RF scanners, production, unloading, shipping. + Steel toe or composite boots are mandatory from day one. **Why Work Here?** Join a large, growing warehouse team in a clean and air-conditioned environment. Steel toe or composite boots are required, reflecting the commitment to safety in this collaborative workspace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
