Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the logistics operations, moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise. You will have a two-hour lead time on all materials needed for the production floor, requiring you to meet high production goals each hour.

ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other mobile equipment to move and stack merchandise.Perform material handling by hand, walking, and cleaning for a portion of the shift.Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and distribution.Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts.Perform quality checks and maintain production metrics and standards.Engage in packaging, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years of forklift operation experience, particularly with stand-up electric forklifts.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems.Experience in distribution and inventory control.Capability to lift 40 lbs unassisted.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift certification verified through references.Experience with repetitive tasks in packing products.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility in Colonial Heights, featuring a packaging operation, warehouse, and training center. The facility includes a locker room with lockers upon request and a canteen with food and drink machines. You will work on a 3,2,2,3 schedule as part of a 24/7 operation. Cell phones must be kept in lockers or cars and are not allowed on the production floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.91 - $23.91/hr.
