Job Description
A manufacturing company located in Norwood, MA is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate. This position involves moving cabinetry from the end of the assembly line into the warehouse, unloading cabinetry from trucks, and loading trucks for delivery. Occasionally, candidates may accompany drivers to assist with deliveries.
ResponsibilitiesMove cabinetry from the assembly line into the warehouse.Unload cabinetry from trucks and move materials into the warehouse.Load trucks for delivery.Rarely assist drivers with deliveries.Essential Skills1-3 years of warehouse experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Experience in loading and unloading trucks.Proficiency in stocking and material handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsTeam player with a proactive attitude.Experience with packing, production, picking, and general labor.Familiarity with pallet jack, order picking, shipping and receiving.Skills in assembly, labeling, and sit-down forklift operations.Knowledge of warehouse inventory and packing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a large manufacturing area divided into various sections, including production, warehouse, cabinetry, and granite. The team consists of 9 warehouse associates and 4 drivers. The shift is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwood, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
