Job Description

This position involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment where the candidate must be comfortable working in confined spaces and be okay with heights. The role requires handling heavy lifting, particularly picking up 50 lbs bags off the conveyor line and moving up to 20,000 bags a day. Responsibilities include palletizing bags on 2x2 or 4x4 pallets according to specific orders, continuous bending, twisting, and turning, using a two-wheeler to allocate pallets based on shipment orders, applying simple math, and cross-training into bag filler and sealer roles.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in an open warehouse environment with the smell of animal feed. Conditions vary with colder temperatures in winter and warmer in summer due to shipping bay doors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
