**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, mailing, processing return items, cleaning equipment, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping. Must take ownership of tasks and complete them independently while maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality. Compliance with laws, regulations, and policies is a condition of employment and considered an element of job performance. **Responsibilities** + Pack products weighing 5-10lbs into boxes repetitively throughout the shift. + Switch work areas daily depending on the orders due to ship out. + Lift at least 50 pounds. + Stand for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the day. + Meet metrics of packaging about 300 packages per shift. + Operate pallet jacks and RF scanners. + Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including order picking and palletizing. + Handle general production duties and warehouse packing. **Essential Skills** + Packing and packaging experience. + Proficiency in using forklifts and RF scanners. + Ability to handle inventory and perform general labor tasks. + Comfortable with standing for the entire shift. + Mechanically inclined and computer literate. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in material handling and warehouse inventory management. + Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. + Ability to operate pallet jacks and work in a production line. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a $2 pay increase upon conversion to full-time employment. The standard start time is 6:50 am to 4 pm, with options to start at 6:30 am or 7 am at the new facility. Employees who start earlier can leave at 3:30 pm. The role requires standing for extended periods and involves physical tasks such as heavy lifting and repetitive motions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Asheville, North Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
