**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** The Warehouse Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by staging materials and delivering them to the production team for review. This position requires a committed individual who will adhere to safety, quality, and production standards. **Responsibilities** + Consistently meet production goals, standards, and deadlines. + Identify and suggest ideas for safety and process improvement. + Maintain the integrity of products while prepping and repackaging. + Ensure regular attendance and punctuality. + Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. + Interact with FC tools and software. **Essential Skills** + Must be 18 years or older. + High school diploma or GED equivalent. + Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently. + Ability to stand and/or walk during shifts of 8 to 12 hours. + Capability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and stretch during shifts of 8 to 12 hours. + Lift and move up to 49lbs. + Push and pull product up to 49lbs during shifts of 8 to 12 hours. + Full dexterity with both hands and wrists. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience working in a fulfillment center or warehouse. + Proven ability to work successfully without supervision. + Self-driven and able to communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment. + Interest in continuous process improvement. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; experience in Excel and Share Point is a plus. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to excel and thrive in a photo studio environment handling high volumes. + 1+ year of warehouse experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to fostering continuous growth and improvement.
