Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Employee, focusing primarily on the order building area while being cross-trained in picking, packing, and shipping as needed. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by building shipping frames, preparing orders, and assisting in other warehouse functions.
ResponsibilitiesPull order sheets to prepare for building orders.Build shipping frames using power tools and ensure parts are secured.Fill orders by hand with items such as cages, posts, and spare parts.Use a grinder or chop saw to cut products to the correct length as needed.Wrap orders to prepare for shipment and ensure posts are secure.Move orders to the shipping area.Assist with picking and packing operations for small replacement parts or kits when needed.Essential SkillsExperience using power tools with the ability to explain their use.Experience in a warehouse environment.Familiarity with work instructions or order sheets.Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams and email.No specific educational requirements.Steel-toed or composite shoes are mandatory.Additional Skills & QualificationsPicking experience.Kit building experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a standard warehouse setting with a laid-back and positive atmosphere. The facility operates on a shift from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Employees should be open to occasional overtime as needed. The warehouse is temperature-controlled with music playing, and safety shoes and gloves are required when using tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
