**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker to join our team. This role involves pulling and preparing orders for shipment, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. Additional responsibilities include assisting with will-call orders, conducting periodic cycle counts, and maintaining general warehouse cleanliness. The position requires the use of computers and RF guns for managing sales orders and inventory, as well as operating a pallet jack and forklift. **Responsibilities** + Pull and prepare orders for shipment. + Unload trucks and organize inventory in the warehouse. + Assist with will-call orders. + Conduct periodic cycle counts. + Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and perform maintenance tasks. + Utilize computers and RF guns to manage sales orders and inventory. + Operate pallet jack and forklift. **Essential Skills** + General labor and loading/unloading trucks. + Customer service skills. + Motivation and drive for growth. + Math and reading comprehension aptitude. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (rare), regularly lift up to 30 lbs. + Data entry skills and comfort with using computers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Desire for career growth and interest in learning new skills such as sales and operations. + Outgoing and social personality. + Forklift experience preferred but not required. + Warehouse experience is a plus. + Education from a Community College or University is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This position offers ample room for advancement into roles such as Delivery Driving, Counter Sales, Inside/Outside Sales, Purchasing, Project Management, and Quotations, with promotions typically occurring within 1-2 years.
