**Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)** **Job Description** Join our team as a dedicated Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift, where you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your main duties will involve sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will be responsible for picking and packing products of various sizes, utilizing a lift for heavier items, and using an RF scanner. Performance is measured by quality standards rather than productivity volume, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVENPORT, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
