**Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)**
**Job Description**
A committed Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift is required to join our team. Your responsibilities will include sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will be engaged in picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, for which you will use a lift. You will also utilize an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets. Our team works from Monday to Friday, from 3pm - 1:30am, with expected overtime until 2am and occasional Saturdays.
**Responsibilities**
+ Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
+ Pick and pack products of various sizes, from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts.
+ Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.
+ Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in picking and packing products.
+ Proficiency in using an RF scanner.
+ Capability to load and unload semi-trailers.
+ Ability to operate lifting equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3-6 months of warehouse experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
+ Flexibility with working hours and mandatory overtime.
+ Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

This position is fully on-site at a large parts distribution center in Davenport, Iowa. The facility is open and diverse, bringing together a team from various backgrounds and experiences. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVENPORT, Iowa.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
