Warehouse Team Leader
**Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader** **Job Description** The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the picking, packing, loading, and unloading of orders within a dynamic distribution center. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders efficiently and accurately. + Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks. + Ensure boxes are packed securely for shipment. + Maintain inventory control and conduct cycle counts. + Manage shipping and receiving processes. + Supervise a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of lead experience + Proven experience in warehouse lead or supervisory roles. + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Strong skills in order picking and inventory management. + Capability to lift 50 pounds or more. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures. + Prior experience in a distribution center setting is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team means working for a large company that offers excellent benefits, including 401k, full health coverage, and short/long-term disability. The environment is clean and organized, with shifts available from 7am to 3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm. The second shift will initially train on the first shift before transitioning. Steel-toed shoes are required as protective clothing. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
