Job Title: Warehouse Support Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role demands a high sense of ownership, urgency, and professionalism. You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient inventory control and material flow.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are synchronized.Conduct cycle counting and put material to stock.Ensure material is properly managed for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.Essential SkillsProficiency in warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and related software.Experience in data entry and inventory control.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Good communication and organizational skills.Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous warehouse experience.Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
