The Role:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures in order to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency so that all product, supply and equipment needs are met throughout the venue. Under the direction management, this individual will be supporting the preparation process for events by overseeing tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff. A top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of safety, organization and sanitation are maintained throughout all warehousing and storage areas.

Qualifications:
Experience in the receipt, storage or distribution of food and beverage, supplies or equipment preferred.Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guestsAbility to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditionsMust be punctual and dependableMust maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standardsMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 poundsBasic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferredAbility to effectively listen and take direction from managementAbility to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingEducation
PreferredHigh School or better.Licenses & Certifications:
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring, if necessary)
Preferred – Forklift Certification
Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
