Warehouse Supervisor
Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time shipment of customer orders. You will supervise a team of warehouse personnel, manage workflows, maintain safety and quality standards, and play an essential part in keeping production and distribution running smoothly.  Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. Review bills of lading, shipping notices, orders, and documentation to determine workflow and shipping priorities. Plan and optimize storage layouts, trailer loading, routing, and weight distribution. Inspect loading processes and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Ensure proper movement of materials between receiving, storage, production, and outbound areas. Maintain records of shipments, inventory variances, unfilled orders, weights, freight charges, and dock appointments. Verify driver permits and documentation required for outbound loads. Standardize procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Address service-related complaints and implement corrective actions. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of warehouse experience, including lift-truck operation. 2+ years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong computer proficiency and comfort with warehouse systems. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Ability to stand for extended periods. Forklift certification preferred.
