Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities in our fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves overseeing the efficient receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
SHIFT: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee 4–5 Union Warehouse Operators during the shift.Route and schedule company trucks using internal software.Ensure orders are picked accurately, follow FIFO, and trucks are loaded correctly.Support and relieve the 1st Shift Supervisor if any trucks arrive late.Serve as a liaison between Customer Service and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.Utilize warehouse and routing software systems effectively.Monitor warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality.Ensure employees are organized and on time at the start of the shift.Maintain proper stock rotation and organization for all product categories.Ensure Finished Goods are shipped according to FEFO order and quality standards.Ensure all documentation in the warehouse is completed and up to date.Communicate operational, inventory, safety, and quality issues to management.Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.Generate accident reports for any employee accident or near miss and participate in investigations.Provide job training for employees and maintain training records.Evaluate capex requirements with management to enhance warehouse performance.Ensure equipment is operating safely and according to food safety policies.Provide hands-on supervision to motivate warehouse workers for process improvements.Anticipate issues impacting warehouse performance and address them effectively.Essential Skills
3 years of experience in a distribution & logistics supervisory role.Experience in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage 4-5 associates.Strong communication skills for staff and customer service.Proficiency in logistics, warehouse operations, and supervisory skills.SAP systems experience preferred.High School Diploma or GED required.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong computer and software literacy.Prior experience with SAP and/or D Track is a plus.Experience operating a forklift is helpful but not required.Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Proficient in MS Office.Extensive knowledge in warehouse, safety, and HACCP standards.Ability to think logically and resolve conflicts.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime. The work environment is a brand new warehouse facility that complies with CGMP and HACCP guidelines. The warehouse employs approximately 20 associates, including truck drivers, and all products are moved using forklifts. Steel toe work boots are required, and about 50% of the time is spent on the floor with the remaining time in shared office space.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
