Overview and Responsibilities
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor who wants to be part of a company that makes a difference in patient’s lives. In this position you will be responsible for the overall warehouse management, inventory control, purchasing, delivery routing, and general maintenance of products and vehicles in facilities. You will also responsible for hiring and training Patient Service Technicians and all warehouse personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages FDA Compliance and review of daily FDA paperworkMeets with suppliersProcesses purchase ordersMaintains inventoryPerforms equipment maintenance and record keeping activitiesReviews shipping notices/invoices for accuracySupervises or performs warehouse receiving/distribution activitiesRoutes deliveries as appropriate to promote time and manpower efficiencies and keep records of all routingConducts annual evaluation of reporting employees Monitors Fleet reportsDemonstrates and performs in-services on products to other employees Delivers equipment in the absence of drivers Maintains and monitors procedures for transfilling compressed or liquid gas according to FDA guidelinesMaintains preventive maintenance program (Equipment Maintenance Records) for all equipment linesManages IOP participation Supervises vehicle maintenance to ensure complianceSupervises warehouse personnel Orients and evaluates all subordinate employees to their job responsibilities and provide ongoing in-servicesMonitors personnel and vehicle records and maintains in accordance with Department of Transportation guidelinesQualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent2-3 years home medical equipment experience2-3 years retail and/or HME service technician experience, or purchasing/inventory control experiencePrior supervisory experience in healthcare businessSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
