**Description** The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in managing both personnel and logistics operations, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. **Core Responsibilities** + Team Leadership: Supervise shipping/receiving and picking/packing teams. + People Management: Train, coach, assign daily tasks, enforce safety and policy compliance, conduct performance reviews, and resolve issues. + Operational Excellence: Contribute to strategic planning, implement productivity and quality standards, and identify system improvements. + Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, and suggest layout or process improvements. + Hands-On Tasks: Participate in physical warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, picking, and packing. + Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper equipment use, maintenance, and repair. + Continuous Learning: Stay current through educational opportunities. + Cultural Alignment: Uphold teams Core Values. + Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. **Physical Demands & Work Environment** + Frequent: Walking, climbing, bending, operating equipment, working at heights. + Continuous: Standing, using hands and fingers for tasks. **Skills** Inventory, Forklift, Warehouse management, Supervision, Logistics, Shipping and receiving, Rf scanner, Order puller, Safety, Warehouse inventory **Top Skills Details** Inventory,Forklift,Warehouse management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Warehouse Lead/Supervisor experience necessary: Preferably in a hardware or construction materials distribution center.
